2025 Clinical Trials BC Awards open for nominations

We’re excited to announce that nominations for the 2025 Clinical Trials BC Awards are now open! 

These awards honour individuals and organizations who have made significant contributions to strengthening the BC clinical trials ecosystem. Award recipients exemplify excellence in leadership, advocacy for clinical trials, and outstanding service and support to advance clinical trials research and improve the health of people across British Columbia. 

There are two award opportunities:

1. Leadership & Advocacy Award

This award honours outstanding leaders and advocates for clinical trials at the provincial and/or national level. Recipients are leaders who educate, mentor, advocate or spearhead projects, programs and strategies that benefit the clinical trials community.

2. Service & Support Award

This award recognizes the community-based, volunteer commitment of an individual, organization, company or agency to improve the clinical trials community.

Now accepting nominations!

– Deadline for nominations is 11:59 p.m. PST December 3, 2024.

– Award recipients will be announced in Spring 2025.

To nominate

  1. View the awards eligibility and criteria in the Awards Guidance Document
  2. Complete the Nomination Form
  3. Attach the supporting documents
  4. Submit your nomination package to the Clinical Trials BC Awards Committee at CTBCawards@healthresearchbc.ca by 11:59 p.m. PST December 3, 2024.

After submitting your nomination package, you will receive a confirmation email that the nomination has been received. If the confirmation of receipt has not been received after 3 days, please get in touch with Jean Smart, Awards Committee Chair,  jsmart@healthresearchbc.ca.
