Events and Learning

KT Connects

KT Connects is a series of monthly beginner-level knowledge translation (KT) webinars hosted by Health Research BC and Arthritis Research Canada where KT scientists, stakeholders and practitioners discuss the basics of KT, how KT relates to patients and the public, and KT in health policy-making and clinical practice.

Health XChange

Health xChange is an annual evening of PechaKucha-style storytelling. The event brings together researchers, research user partners, and the public to share and learn about research evidence in a fun and engaging way.

Check out our educational video series:

  • Dr. Bev Holmes (Health Research BC) and Dr. Chris McBride (Spinal Cord Injury BC) discuss how researchers and research users can work together more effectively.

    Research users

  • A panel of expert researchers and research users discuss KT terminology and how to talk about KT in a way that builds bridges between all applicants.

  • A panel of KT experts discuss the future of KT and what might be possible in the field.
