Sofia Nicolls

Sofia is a current master’s Student in the Women+ and Children’s Health (WACH) program at the University of British Columbia where she will be working on the NOVA-HIV study: A clinical trial investigating reduced dosing of the Nonavalent HPV Vaccine in women living with HIV
(WLWH). Sofia completed her Undergraduate Honors Degree in Medical Sciences at Dalhousie University in 2022, where she first discovered her passion and interest in women’s health. She is very honoured to be awarded the CANTRAIN-CTTP & Michael Smith Health Research BC master’s Studentship 2023 Award, which will enable her to continue her research under the supervision of Dr. Money and the Reproductive Infectious Diseases Department at BC Women’s Hospital.
