Paul Sharp

Dr. Paul Sharp is a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Nursing and Department of Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and adjunct research fellow at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. He is a member of UBC’s Men’s Health Research Program and the Reducing Male Suicide Research Excellence Cluster.

Paul’s research focuses on men’s community-based health promotion and suicide prevention. His postdoctoral research seeks to investigate men’s reciprocity and mutual help for mental health challenges to inform the development of a novel e-intervention for men. Paul is supported by a Health Research BC Research Trainee award and CIHR Fellowship.
