Pacific Public Health Foundation (PPHF) is a public health registered charity, and the only charitable foundation in BC actively fundraising for public health initiatives, with and in support of partners throughout the province. PPHF is an independent, non-governmental organization, supporting and implementing evidence-based and equity-driven work that has an immediate impact on the health of people in British Columbia.
By convening, collaborating, and leveraging relationships with partners, PPHF supports and implements programs and projects grounded in the most pressing public health priorities, to drive innovative research, practice, and policy solutions that advance population health outcomes.
PPHF works with partners across all areas of public health, from the provincial to local level, including the BC Centre for Disease Control, regional health authorities, and communities, to improve population health and make a difference in communities where, how, and when they need it the most. A unique, collaborative, and nimble role allows PPHF to bring together philanthropy, funding, partnerships, engagement, and advocacy to advance a healthier, safer, and more equitable future for all.
