As Chief Financial & Operations Officer, Mukesh Maguluri leads Finance, Corporate Services, IT, and Operations, bringing nearly two decades of global experience across health research, technology, and consulting in Canada, the United States, and India.

Mukesh joined Health Research BC in 2019 and was instrumental in strengthening the organization’s financial and operational foundation. He guided the successful implementation of a fully consolidated ERP system, redefined investment strategies to generate sustained returns, and provided steady leadership during periods of transition, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure organizational stability.

A Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant, Mukesh also holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Vanderbilt University. Known for his collaborative and process-focused leadership, he has consistently built high-performing teams and championed operational efficiencies that align financial strategy with organizational goals.
