Jordan Broberg

Dr. Jordan Broberg is a postdoctoral research fellow working with Drs. David Wilson and Parth Lodhia in the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of British Columbia. His research interests are in musculoskeletal imaging and biomechanics. His past Ph.D. work in Medical Biophysics at Western University used stereo X-ray techniques to study implant fixation and joint kinematics of total knee replacements. In his postdoctoral research, he focuses using MRI to examine cartilage and meniscus mechanics following meniscal root tear injuries. He is a previous recipient of the Frederick Banting and Charles Best Canada Graduate Scholarships Doctoral Award from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada’s Postdoctoral Fellowship Award.
