Dr. Deanne (Dee) Taylor is the Corporate Director of Research for Interior Health, Co-Scientific Director of the Rural Coordination Centre of BC (RCCbc), Senior Research Advisor for the Canadian Health Leadership Network and Adjunct Professor at UBC-O in the Faculty of Health and Social Development.
In all of her roles, Dr. Taylor is accountable for developing and maintaining partnerships with academic institutions across the organization, within the province, nationally and internationally. She leads, cultivates, and facilitates a range of research, innovation and learning health systems activities, enhancing the use of evidence into practice and decision-making, and enabling broad engagement in research, innovation and health leadership. She is an advocate and active role model for scholarly practice, raising the profile and engagement of evidence-informed practice/decision-making and implementation of learning health systems locally, provincially and nationally.
