Aresh Sepehri

 Dr. Aresh Sepehri is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at UBC and an Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon at Vancouver General Hospital and UBC Hospital. He completed his medical training and orthopaedic surgery residency at UBC, during which time he also completed a Master of Science in Epidemiology and Clinical Research at the University of Maryland. He then traveled to Baltimore for a fellowship in Orthopaedic Traumatology at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Centre. Dr Sepehri’s surgical practice and research focuses on acute fractures of the extremities and pelvis/acetabulum. His current research program focuses on improving care in geriatric patients with fragility fractures of the pelvic ring, both through operative and nonoperative treatment modalities. Aresh is an active member of the Canadian Orthopaedic Association (COA), the Orthopaedic Trauma Association (OTA), the Canadian Orthopaedic Trauma Society (COTS) and the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS). https://orthopaedics.med.ubc.ca/aresh-sepehri/
