Amy Lee

Dr. Amy Lee is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, Simon Fraser University and an Affiliate Investigator at BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute. She is cross-trained in molecular microbial pathogenesis and Big Data analyses, with expertise in neonatal immune development, multi-omics data integration and comparative genomics. Her research program applies systems biology approaches to tackle Global Health challenges, including neonatal sepsis diagnostics, vaccinology and antimicrobial resistance.
