Christina joined RUCBC in September, 2024 after twenty years of experience in the BC Public Service, with the last ten years as a senior executive. She has served as the President & CEO (Associate Deputy Minister) of the Public Sector Employers’ Council Secretariat in the Ministry of Finance, an Associate Deputy Minister in the Office of the Premier, and most recently, as Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Education and Child Care.

Christina brings significant expertise in every aspect of public sector bargaining, and broad expertise in policy development, including corporate governance, strategic labour relations, and executive and exempt compensation across the public sector. She holds a BA (Honours) in Sociology and a MA in Public Administration from the University of Victoria.
