In senior leadership roles and as a consultant, she has developed a diverse portfolio of experience spanning public agencies, crown corporations, and high-growth tech and retail organizations. This background has brought her both breadth and depth of expertise needed to support complex, evolving environments, along with strong cross-functional business acumen.

Over her 20-year human resources career, Kate has cultivated a focus on advancing the people strategies of organizations working to build, evolve, or scale their impact.

Kate lives in a busy and active home with her husband, two children, and a very big (and very fluffy) Newfoundland dog.
