Sue Peters

Dr. Sue Peters

Dr. Sue Peters obtained her master’s degree in physical therapy at the University of Western Ontario, and a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of British Columbia. She is a postdoctoral fellow at GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre in the Rehabilitation Research Program.

She is a recipient of a Canadian Institutes for Health Research Postdoctoral Fellowship, and a Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research Trainee award. Her main research area is examining the recovery of walking and balance after stroke, with a focus on neuroimaging approaches to evaluate the cognitive aspects of walking.
