Zhan Denghuang (Jeff) is a doctoral candidate in Population and Public Health with a focus on Biostatistics at the University of British Columbia (UBC). His research centers on developing advanced statistical methodologies, including Bayesian adaptive trial designs, to enhance the efficiency, flexibility, and precision of clinical trials. Jeff has extensive experience in designing and analyzing complex clinical trials, with a particular emphasis on treatment-resistant depression. His work plays a key role in advancing Learning Health Systems by integrating real-world and clinical trial data, driving faster and more effective evidence generation to improve healthcare outcomes.
